About MasterFitter Windows
Arron’s interest in the fenestration industry began as a school leaver when Arron completed a two-year course as an apprentice within which he gained his Level 3 qualification in Fenestration, Installation and Surveying. Arron excelled within his training, finishing at the top of his class. Arron’s efforts at the outset of his career were noted by the training and qualification board receiving awards for Advanced Apprentice of the year at the 2010 G-Awards and Pro-skills Advanced Apprentice of the year 2011.
Arron’s ambition continued, and he set up and ran his own door and window installation business alongside his father in Keighley, specialising in sash windows. Arron’s commitment and passion for excellence within the fenestration industry continued and Arron began taking on bigger and more complex contracts, putting his unique skill set to work within complex installations.
Arron has grown his skill set throughout his working years making his mark within the fenestration industry, having expanded his portfolio of skills including being a part of a specialist installation support team for one of the national companies. Arron’s unique skill set has resulted in a high demand for his work with glass, fittings and remedial support. Arron’s commitment to completing jobs to a high-quality standard has been an asset to his career, including his explicit focus on completing jobs to the highest quality and standard, as if they were being completed for himself.
Arron’s skills have not gone unnoticed and were professionally recognised nationwide when Arron was awarded Master Fitter UK in 2013 and 2019, having placed within the top 3 in every Master Fitter competition he has entered.Arron’s role with Fenestrology started in 2016 and he is a valued and essential member of the team working within all aspects of fenestration, including window and door installation, completing technical surveys to ensure they comply with building control regulations and providing specialist advice for remedial works in the unfortunate events of cow-boy window fitters not completing the installations to a high-quality finish.
Although Arron has a passion for the “day-job”, Arron also enjoys putting his specialist skills into practice within his spare time. At the age of 26, Arron bought his first property; The Chapel House. The church is being fully renovated into a beautiful and modern family home.
